| Full Disclosure Campaign Breast Cancer Choices urges all patients to obtain a copy of the consent form in advance for every procedure. This applies to both diagnostic or therapeutic procedures. Read the consent form carefully. A study showed that most patients had little or no understanding of the consent form when asked about it later and were told it was "just routine." |
